Health/Fitness:

Medical Benefits -  Daxko offers medical, dental, and vision insurance and pays for 100% of team members’ premium (team members may add family members to their plan at an additional charge)

Daxko WellNew Parent Leave – New mothers are provided 6 weeks at full pay and benefits before or after the birth of their child. New fathers are provided 3 days at full pay after the birth of their child.

Health Club Subsidy – covers team members’ joining and membership fees at any YMCA or JCC

Flu Shots - offered annually at no cost to team members

401(k)- Daxko matches 50% of team members’ contributions up to 6% of their salary.

Time Off:

Holidays - nine paid holidays are offered each year

Paid Time Off (PTO) -  Daxko offers team members an escalated PTO policy with 15 days per year for the first 4 years of employment, followed by another 5 days annually on your 4th anniversary and an additional 5 days annually on your 7th anniversary

Sabbaticals – 4 weeks of paid time off available to team members after every 7 years of continuous full-time employment and given in addition to PTO for the year.
